Aerobic Kickboxing
Whether your goals are weight loss, muscle development, or just fun in exercise, the Aerobic Kickboxing program at Midwest Tae Kwon Do will help you reach them. Aerobic kicking and punching are excellent ways to bring your heart rate up, burn calories and develop flexibility. Few other activities compare in overall physical development. Each student is encouraged to work at his or her own fitness level and gradually step up. The class is designed with both low and high intensity options so everyone can benefit and each can work at his or her own pace. For those students demanding higher fitness levels, do not underestimate the challenge that exists in this program.
