Fighting Spirit Personal Safety Instruction offers the most progressive safety programs and consulting services available today. Children as young as 3 years old to women in their senior years are offered safety programs to help increase their options and improve their safety skill sets. The programs offered at Fighting Spirit are not martial arts programs. They are hands-on activity-based programs that incorporate verbalization and realistic self defense skills that are taught in the state of heightened adrenaline. The ongoing objective of Fighting Spirit is to remain a leader in the education and prevention of violence and abuse among women and children, and to empower students and communities with knowledge and practical skill sets.
